Abraham’s Roots in Africa

In August of 2012, IWM created our first Facebook Ministry in Africa called ‘Africa United in Christ. In 9.5 years, the Lord has brought increase of nearly 22,000 members.

Then, in February 2020, the Lord instructed that we add Kenya, South Africa, Uganda, Nigeria, Ethiopia, and Ivory Coast. Each quickly began to increase in numbers, due to a hunger for God’s truth.

Today, Immanuel World Ministries serves our ‘Mother Group’, Africa UIC, and 33 Nations, under the Co-Leadership of Pastor’s Mark Lewis, and Richard Kato, assisted by Pastor Richard Thornhill.

To God be the glory! Our task seems as big as this vast Continent, but Men and Women of great faith, know our God brings increase to His faithful servants, who labor in obedience to Him.

The Continent of Africa is a landmass of 11.7 million square miles, or 30.37 million square km, or enough in size to fit the entire United States, China, India, Japan, Mexico, and most of Europe. And Texas thought it was BIG!

The population of the Continent of Africa is over 1.5 billion, living in 54 Nations. 33 of which are predominantly Christian. It is these 33 Nations where IWM has thrust the true Gospel of Christ for the glory of our King, and our Father, by the power of the Holy Spirit.

49% (735 million) of the 1.5 billion citizens of Africa consider themselves to be Christian.
